DS1302 Real-Time Clock Module
The DS1302 is a real-time clock/calendar module with a built-in trickle-charge feature and 31 bytes of static RAM for data storage. It communicates with a microprocessor using a simple serial interface. The real-time clock tracks seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month, and year information. It automatically adjusts the date for months with fewer than 31 days, including leap year corrections. The clock supports both 24-hour and 12-hour formats with an AM/PM indicator for flexible timekeeping options.
